From Struggling with the Market to Running EA
Kinzuppa Samurai is a system trader who builds a portfolio with his own automated trading software (EA). Although he started with discretionary trading, there is a reason it became mainly automated.
“Three years into discretionary trading, I set the slogan ‘Which comes first, winning or dying?’ and fixed my sleep at 4.5 hours to conduct tests. I would wake at 5 a.m., test before work, and continue testing until late night after returning home. After several months my results finally turned positive. However, my health began to suffer, and I started questioning trading every day after work instead of leaving labor behind.”
