Raising skills through the Trade Battle
MamoriFrom the first to the fourth sessions, the content focused on trading techniques; from the fifth session, discussions were based on actual operation, and a trade battle was held at the same time. This is a plan to operate with funds under 300,000 yen and compete over three months. Recruitment was done on Twitter, and anyone could participate, with the idea of building up from 300,000 yen also aligning with the theme “From workers to capitalists.” In this article, we invited Kinotsuppa Samurai, who participated in the trade battle solely with automated trading, to exchange ideas and learn from each other about discretionary trading and EA trading.
MamoriThe trade battle started with a total of 39 participants in the first round; by the time this article appears in the magazine, the second round is planned, and I won the first round. Starting from 300,000 yen on October 1, 2019, the balance as of December 31 was 2,690,000 yen. Details of the performance and methods are written in the newsletter, and this represents the practical realization of our previous discussions. The overall second place went to Kinotsuppa Samurai. As we conversed, the outcomes turned out somewhat contrived (laughs). Anyway, great job to everyone!
Kinotsuppa Samurai (hereafter, Kinji)Thanks for your effort! Honestly, I felt relieved. In the latter stages, there was pressure from the expectations around me, and I kept hoping, “Please do your best!” Throughout the competition, I did not rank first at any stage, but by steadily meeting the set targets, I managed to finish second overall.
