Coin Toss Trade Performance Summary
As I write this draft, both Coin Toss Trade and 23:00 Heikin-Ashi trades are currently flat with no position.
With that cleared up, I’ll start a new trading approach next week.
I’ve tallied the trading results up to now.
【Coin Toss Trade】
200 trades, 97 wins, 103 losses, +670 pips
Buy 96 times, Sell 104 times
【23:00 Heikin-Ashi Trade】
Entered a sell on December 10th.
But hit stoploss.
Total record: 12 wins, 19 losses, +250 pips
After Completing 200 Coin Toss Trades
What I realize from actually trading 200 times is the importance of doing it with a method you truly enjoy. Not being forced by someone else, deciding buys/sells on the heads/tails you’re interested in, and setting acceptable profit-taking and stop-loss levels. I like that the difference between the profit target and stop is 10 pips. This good balance allowed me to complete 200 consecutive trades.
There are people who imitate my trading, but continuing may be difficult, because it’s based on my preferred method and settings, not theirs.
Copying someone’s trades is also OK. But I believe the shortcut is to operate with a logic that feels right and convincing to you.
Doubts or anxiety about “will this really win?” are enemies in trading. Instead of chasing a winning method, start with a method you like and continue. If your subconscious believes this can work, you’ll be able to continue despite five consecutive losses, and results will be easier to achieve.
First, start with the trades you love and want to do!
It’s really simple, and that’s the lesson I learned. Thanks to Coin Toss Trade, this lesson became conviction, so I intend to keep starting from this mindset and, if needed, refine it into even better methods.
Bonus
Recently I visited a famous Mexican restaurant in Daikanyama. The dishes were excellent, and the interior was lovely too. I even photographed the ceiling lol
