Now, I will introduce today’s theme: high-setting values.
This time, only the newly addedAUDCAD pair long trade settings.
Spread is fixed at 1.5 pips at all times.
Recently I’ve been into varying the long and short settings, so I’ll introduce them separately.
This result was obtained without setting the newly added entry filter.
Accept that losses happen on a monthly basis, and please note the annual points earned in the bottom-left.
11,166 points earned. In pips,『Annual 1,116.6 pips』 earned.
One currency pair on the 1-hour chart, long-only trading seems sufficient.
The number of entries per month is also relatively high when compared to high-win-rate types.
Next is,AUDCAD pair short trade only settings.
In fact, if you run both the long and this short simultaneously, there will be no monthly losing trades.
They will cover each other effectively.
11,324 points earned. In pips,『Annual 1,132.4 pips』 earned.
Shorts tend to be high-frequency, and their win rate is lower than longs.
Because there are more losing trades, the number of entries increases to recover the losses.
When run simultaneously, the monthly entry count is very high, so please pay close attention to lot sizing.
Actually, with the update adding Close Mode 3, profitability has dramatically improved.
Mode 3 combines the settlement patterns of the previous Mode 1 and Mode 2, but
the trick is to set Take Profit higher in Mode 2 than in Mode 1.
Please refer to the above settings and try adjusting on your own as well.
Also, preferences may differ between high-win-rate and high-frequency types.
Be sure to find entry points that suit your liking.
Depending on the historical data in your MT4, the same parameter values may yield different results, so treat these as参考 values (reference values).
