■ Currency pair: EUR/USD
■ Time frame: 1-hour chart
■ Trading rules:
- Open EUR/USD chart at 23:00, enter only if the 22:00 hour-time Heikin-Ashi candle reverses
- If a bearish candle becomes a bullish candle, buy; if a bullish candle becomes a bearish candle, sell
- Take profit at +100 pips, stop loss at −50 pips with an OCO exit
- Maximum positions for both buy and sell are 1 each. Do not hold multiple positions in the same direction
■ Backtest results for the past two years show a clean upward trend
Last week there were no entry opportunities as the Heikin-Ashi did not reverse.
However, a position sold on October 10 was stopped out on October 17.
So far: 10 wins, 17 losses, +150 pips.
