Paying attention to MT4 from the beginning
Editorial desk: HT has released many high-quality MT4 indicators that are not what you would expect for free. How did he come to his current activities?
HTFirst, about stocks. I started thinking about earning a little pocket money. It was about six to seven years ago, around 2013. As I studied stocks, I learned that there is such a thing as FX.
I became aware of MT4 quite early. It looked interesting, so I thought about how to make effective use of it, and began studying programming from an early stage.
Editorial desk: Not long after you started trading, you began learning MT4 programming, correct?
HTYes. At first, of course, I wasn't winning, so I thought that if I displayed indicators that could not be combined by ordinary methods at the same time, maybe I could profit. But it wasn’t easy to make it work, and I also did various trials and errors to see if I could profit with EA.
Editorial desk: Did you have any experience with programming itself?
HTAlmost none. I was an engineer in the mechanical field, doing a job of drawing drawings and making industrial machines. The programming to operate those machines is ordered from clients and created for us, but I did review its contents.
Editorial desk: You weren't a hardcore programmer, were you?
Speaking of which, could you tell us about the first indicator you created?
HTI don’t remember exactly, but it was something that would emit signals once the price movement became somewhat large.
Editorial desk: When developing, there must have been some ideas, and you turned them into something tangible, right?
