[Translation] Revenue sharing with coin holders, what is Omise GO, which is soon to have an ICO?

There is an ICO scheduled soon, and I’ve posted two consecutive translation articles about “Omise GO,” which is starting to generate some buzz in the community. The holding benefits of the OMG token seem to include a share of the earnings distributed according to the amount owned.
Omise GO official siteis not localized yet, but it will be supported eventually, so Japanese readers should be able to view the site soon. In the meantime, let’s read overseas articles.
Now, let’s start with the first one.
Omise Uses Ethereum to Build a Decentralized, Pan-Asia M-Pesa
A payment company in the Asia-Pacific regionOmise(CEO: Jun Hasegawa) is attempting to build an interoperable mobile money network similar to M-Pesa using blockchain technology.(Omise seems to be referring to a “shop” or “store” in this context.)
Omise is actively operating in Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, and plans to expand to more countries within this year. Omise aims to provide the infrastructure that enables all e-money to be interconnected and, on Ethereum, specifically using systems like Cosmos and Parity to conduct research into blockchain interoperability.
Omise has an advisory board with members including Vitalik Buterin and Vlad Zamfir from Ethereum, Jae Kwon from Cosmos/Tendermint, and Gavin Wood, co-founder of Ethereum and founder of Parity, among others.
In the latter half of this year, Omise plans to launch a new open-source, white-label e-wallet platform based on blockchain technology calledOmise GO. This new service will conduct a token crowd sale in the second quarter to raise funds.
