Cryptocurrency Market Analysis [June 17 Issue]

Bitcoin rose from 830,000 yen last week

after a price dip,

and for six consecutive days there were bullish candles (one day price increase positive),

reaching temporarily 1,000,000 yen.

This is the same level as May last year,

As for last May's price,

after the bubble burst,

it passed 1,000,000 yen,

but this time, from 380,000 yen in February

to reach 1,000,000 yen in just four months

showed strong momentum.

Last week, when Bitcoin was at 830,000 yen,

on the technical analysis side,

it was a “head and shoulders” pattern,

so many traders were

likely cautious about a potential downside.

In the end, it rose markedly ignoring the technicals.

Factors driving Bitcoin's rise include

- Protests in Hong Kong

- U.S.-China trade tensions

- Binance restricting trading for U.S. users,

causing funds to flow from Binance into Bitcoin.

- News that Facebook Coin has partnered with major companies

was released.

There are several possible factors.

Looking ahead at potential price movements,

consider the possibilities:

- Converging near 1,000,000 yen (stable price movement)

- Aiming for 1,070,000 yen at the 10,000-dollar level

as it rises.

- Depending on the outcome of U.S.-Japan trade friction, if results improve, funds may flow into stocks, causing a decline.

This pattern is possible.
