Heikin-Ashi and Hedged Swap are Doing Well
【Trading Rules】Euro-Dollar Late Night Trade
■ Currency pair: EUR/USD
■ Time frame: 1-hour chart
■ Trading rules:
- Open EUR/USD chart at 23:00, enter only if the 1-hour Heikin-Ashi candle in the 22:00 hour shows a reversal
- If a bearish candle turns into a bullish candle, buy; if bullish becomes bearish, sell
- Take profit at +100 pips, stop loss at -50 pips via OCO
- The maximum number of long and short positions is one each. Do not hold multiple positions in the same direction
■ Backtest results over the past two years show a clean, upward trend
The 23:00 Heikin-Ashi trade was sold on the 22nd (Wed).
But while writing this article, it looked like the stop loss would trigger soon.
For hedged swaps, a new position was taken on May 21.
At that time, everyone’s FX AUD/JPY was around 45 yen, but by the 24th it had fallen to around 40 yen. Timing for hedging is hard to predict, so entry timing is somewhat left to fate.
Since the payout from DMMFX remains at 30 yen, it hasn’t reversed; I will continue holding.
Also, the entry aimed for a triple daily receiving swap, setting a daily rate of 550 yen. The spread losses are expected to be recovered within about three weeks to become profitable.
Summary
Recently bought a bracelet. I prefer gold-toned over silver. It’s a favorite.
