August 10, 2026 (Mon) Gold EA Daily Operating Report — Attempted to push above near $4,360 but failed, still settles with +16,681 yen
From July 29 (Wed) to August 16 (Sun), only Shoukinryu will be active. Kinmyaku AI, Enmusubi AI, Futatsuki, and EA Verification Lab are on break for both distribution and operation during this period.
Last Friday, July’s U.S. employment data (NFP) significantly underperformed market expectations, causing the dollar to fall broadly and Gold to surge to around $4,370 at one point. Today, the momentum continued, with intraday attempts to reach near $4,360, but after the overextension, prices retraced to around $4,330. The USD/JPY is in the 157 range, and EUR/USD remains in a high territory since mid-June (around 1.155).
There are no major economic indicators releasing today; market focus is already shifting to the U.S. CPI on Wednesday the 12th. If CPI is weak, expectations for rate cuts may strengthen; if price pressures persist, inflationary caution or stagflation concerns may be heightened.

Looking at the chart, there were moments where after averaging down to buy during the early decline and selling on the rebound, prices rose again toward around $4,360 briefly, but then retraced on the subsequent over-extension, resulting in an alternating movement in the latter half. The operation status is “Normal operation (all filters cleared),” with new entries ongoing, and the current spread around 26.0 pips.Today’s realized profit is +16,681 JPYand the unrealized P/L is ±0 JPY due to no open positions. With CPI on Wednesday, a directional consensus may remain unclear, so we will continue to monitor carefully.
