Asahina Risa is a Gold FX dedicated EA developer.
I moved from discretionary trading that had caused large losses to automated trading that moves calmly by rules, without emotions. It has withstood about 11 years of backtesting, and my creed is to design systems that survive even in rough markets. The riskier methods with drawdown or sudden changes are the ones where I first communicate their weaknesses and worst-case scenarios.

This Week’s Realized Profit Trend
After a strong +58,302 JPY realization on Monday (7/27), gains continued on Tue and Wed with +18,278 JPY and +20,537 JPY respectively, then gradually shrank on Thu (7/30) to +16,715 JPY and Fri (7/31) to +5,581 JPY, but remained positive all week. Unlike the prior week, where settlements were zero on Thu–Fri and unrealized losses exceeded 1,000,000 JPY, this week stayed positive throughout.
The latter half of the week saw smaller daily profit margins, partly due to calmer market price movement compared with the first half, and also due to position adjustments ahead of the weekend (8/1–8/2). Still, achieving five consecutive days of positive settlements is in contrast to the previous week’s pattern of two days with zero settlements on Thu and Fri and unrealized losses exceeding 1 million JPY.
