Shoukinryu is sold at tiered prices that increase as the number of sales grows. Previously, when sales exceeded 200 copies, the price rose to ¥80,000. Since then, 20 more copies have been sold, bringing the total to 220. This article honestly communicates this progress and when the next price revision will occur.
The price of Shoukinryu increases in stages according to the number of copies sold as follows.
① Up to 179 copies, ¥30,000
② 180–199 copies, ¥50,000
③ 200+, ¥80,000 (current)
④ 300+, ¥110,000
⑤ 400+, ¥140,000
⑥ 500+, ¥200,000
This price increase is according to guidance from the vendor GogoJungle. They stated, “As the number of buyers increases daily, we must gradually impose usage limits,” hence a staged price increase. We take this as feedback that more people are actually using it.
We are currently at tier ③ (200 copies and up, ¥80,000) and have reached copy 220. The next price increase will occur when 300 copies are reached, at which time the price will be ¥110,000. In other words,80 more copies and the price will switch from ¥80,000 to ¥110,000.
