The Matchmaking AI Development Story Episode 12 — What EA is doing during a day (Operational flow)
Until the previous episode (Episode 11), the logic for entry, nurturing, and exit was in place. This time, from a different perspective, what Enmusubi AI actually does in a dayas part of the operational flow will be traced. To state the conclusion first――Most of the time it is “waiting”. It is not a flashy moving EA. It quietly monitors and only acts at moments when the conditions align. Please peek into that modest day.
Enmusubi AI makes decisions on the 15-minute chart. Rather than reacting to every tick in price movement, itinspects every 15 minutes at the moment a candlestick closes. This is to avoid being swayed by tiny fluctuations in real-time and to stabilize judgments.
Even inspection does not mean buying something every time. If the conditions are not met,do nothing and wait for the next candle. Even if inspected dozens of times a day, it is not unusual for the actual trades to be only a few. The “time when nothing moves” is the fundamental posture of this EA.
Each time a candle closes, Enmusubi AI checks in a fixed order.
① Observe the three circle crosses (USDJPY・GBPJPY・EURJPY)
② Fairly measure which one is “lagging behind” using ATR
③ Determine whether the “Enmusubi point” is a good buying opportunity now or a place to wait
④ Clean up already held positions (add to buys, offset, or take profit feasibility)
This order is important.First secure defense (tidy up holdings), then consider offense (new buys). The AI’s authority is solely to “stop new buys / wait.” It will not stop a recovering trend (adding buys or taking profits). Therefore, in conditions where waiting is advised, it will gently pass on new entries, while continuing to manage existing positions properly.
※The diagram is an image of a day’s movements. Actual numbers and intervals vary with the market.
Three moments when it moves. When buying the lagging single bloom for the first time, when it drops further by the ATR width and adds to the buy, andwhen the basket is lifted and profits are taken all at once. All of these movements are displayed in Japanese on the “Enmusubi point” panel, explaining why it moved that way. Users should not stare at the account with anxiety, but read the reasons like“Now waiting” “Bought because this asset lagged”and calmly observe. This is also why we focus on a explainable AI.
The “Enmusubi point” uses seasonal words to convey market temperature. If calm, it’s “Flower Weather”; if unstable, “Flower Cloudiness”; if suddenly cold, “Flower Chill.” The state of each symbol is described with terms like “bud not yet opened” or “in flowering,” rather than just numbers. It conveys the current state and mood at a glance. You can understand the current state and mood at a glanceThis is especially important for an EA that spends a long time waiting; we wanted the waiting to be shown in a gentle screen.
I mentioned it waits most of the time, but during the waiting there are times when you hold positions (unrealized loss).Holding positions (unrealized loss) may occurBecause there is no stop-loss, the time spent waiting for recovery is the time you continue to hold unrealized losses. Even if the screen remains calm, prolonged strong yen could increase those losses. Please be aware of what is being held behind the peaceful screen. Therefore, as always, pleaseuse with extra capital.
- Judgment is every 15 minutes (closed candle). Basically“Wait”most of the time
- Inspection followsDefense (tidy up holdings) → Offense (new entries)AI’s authority is only to “stop new buys / wait”
- Three moments of movement =buy the lagging one / add to buy / take profit on the basket. The reasons are shown in Japanese on the panel
- Seasonal words (Flower Weather/Flower Cloudiness/Flower Chill) and bud/flowering give a quick sense of state
- Even when quiet, there are times of unrealized loss = no stop-loss by design. Be mindful of full yen exposure and always use available funds
