This is a parody version.

"Stand tall as traitorous, sit as incompetent, walk as if you were B0"

In the past, it seemed to describe the conduct of former Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama.

But now it seems to be used for former Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba.
