Know the Long-Term Trend of the Forex Market
I work full-time in a field entirely unrelated to investment during the daytime, so I don’t spend much time on investing during a day.
FX markets exist in many countries, and the market operates 24 hours on weekdays. Therefore, on weekdays, it’s easy to get caught up in short-term price movements and to be preoccupied with that day’s market.
That’s why on weekends, when the market isn’t moving, I use daily and weekly charts to grasp long-term price movements. No matter what kind of trading you do, it’s necessary to look at the market and charts as much as possible and train your market sense. Therefore, even those who only trade short-term should take at least one day per week to learn the long-term price movements on the daily chart.
