スケール変更時、右側が基準になるよう調整します。
概要
通常、ズームインやズームアウト（スケールの変更）を行うと左側が基準にチャートの縮尺が変わります。右側基準で変化してくれる設定はないため、本インジケータを作成しました。
出来ること
○スケールを変更すると、チャートが右側基準になるよう自動調整します。

見ているところが迷子になりにくい！
動作環境
Windows11MetaTrader4 (MT4)
※Windows10でも動作可能。それ以外のOSでの動作確認はしておりません。
