パラメーターの入力
サインを出すための条件が設定できます。
１．RSI
【RSI期間】デフォルトで期間14が入力されています。
【RSI上数値】この数値よりも上にあるときにサインが出現します。
【RSI下数値】この数値よりも下にある時にサインが出現します。
２．ボリンジャーバンド
【ボリバン期間】デフォルトで20が入力されています。
【偏差】小数点まで入力できるようにしています。（1.8や2.5など）
上記の１と２の両方を満たした時に上下それぞれサインが出現するようになっています。
