If there is no transaction even after about a week has passed after installing the EA, if you are trading with GogoJungle's forward but not with your own MT4

If you are unable to resolve the issue, please send us a few days worth of expert logs. *See below for how to retrieve the log.
(Select the terminal from "View" in the upper left of MT4 → The terminal window will be displayed at the bottom of MT4 → Select Expert → Right click in the margin → Click Open → Logs by date will be displayed, so copy the log → (sent from the inquiry form)
