Automated Trading EA Focused on Swaps

For those who preferstability (win rate + swap)over maximum returns.Executes only trades that generate positive swaps (or zero).

When losing, positive swaps mitigate losses. When winning, positive swaps boost profits—this EAmakes it happen.

Positive swaps have a strong influence on crowd psychology. Aligning trade direction to positive-only also benefits capital gains.

Advanced strategies to earn trading profits (capital gains) are restricted to trades with positive swaps.Targets only the most efficient (sweet spot)entry timing.

Positive swaps pile up briskly! With a high-win-rate profit strategy, it reliably aims for swaps too

*There are trades where positive swaps do not occur.

*To check swaps in the forward test on this page, switch to PC view(also clear browsing cache)as needed.

This EA+generates swaps but never incurs negative swaps.

*Swap points are credited daily while holding a position when you buy a higher interest rate currency. Conversely, if you buy a lower interest rate currency, swap points become negative and you must pay that amount.

Billion-level traders’1H trend-following strategyautomated frommarket principlesand first principlesinto arare EA

1H trend-following has fewer trades and looks less flashy than scalping, so EAs of this type have been less conspicuous, but this product secures a reasonable number of trades.

If you already use scalping EAs, this EA enters at different timings, aiding diversification.

This productis a risk-reward (RR) profit-rate-focused EA.

You can check profit rate underRisk/Reward Ratio on this page.

Because it prioritizes profit rate over win rate, the win rate is about 30–40%,with larger average wins and smaller average lossesby design.

By making wins larger than losses, gains naturally accumulate. Without fixating on high win rate, it cuts losses on a set cycle, making sudden, unexpected large unrealized losses (drawdowns) that dominate total funds less likely.

High-win-rate scalping EAstypicallyoffset small profits and large losses with extremely high win rates (95%+),whereas this productfocuseson profit rate (wins larger than losses), not win rate.

Thus, it’s less flashy than ultra-high-win-rate EAs, but because it avoids oversized drawdowns,it avoids “small gains, big crash”scenarios, making itstability-oriented.

♢ Measures against curve fitting (over-optimization)

No excessive fitting to historical data; prioritizes real market conditions.

“An EA performs well only for a certain period and then suddenly fails.” Such low-quality EAs are meaningless. We built this EA to adapt to ever-changing real markets andbe usable continuously with sustained profitabilityin mind.

☆ Product Details

1) Core judgment byDow Theory.

About the four Dow Theory methods

·Dow Theory +EMA20 Granville’s Rule

·Dow Theory +Pin Bar 24(Wick ratio:body 2x, opposite wick 4x)

· Dow Theory only

· Dow Theory + 15M

Marketessence converges on Dow Theory!

Entriesarebased on Dow Theory trend-reversal judgments

There aretwo approachesto trend reversals in Dow Theory.

Dow TheoryTrend reversal (break of swing low/high)

Buy: The candlestick body breaks above the neckline (swing high from the lowest point)

Sell: The candlestick body breaks below thenecklineof the swing lowfrom the highest point

Dow TheoryTrend reversal (higher highs/lows or lower highs/lows)

Buy: Higher highs and higher lows

Sell: Lower highsand lower lows

Using these four methods, the entry points aim when:

Dow Theory① andDow Theory ② reversals are both achieved,

or

Even if the neckline break inDow Theory ① is not achieved, the Dow Theory ② reversal via higher highs/lows or lower highs/lowsis achieved(including onlower timeframes)

An area where either of these two patterns is met for a given periodis the basic entry zone.

Automatically detects higher highs/lows and lower highs/lows.

Markets move by majority decision of investors,so this EA includes a function to automatically determine whether investor psychology/behavior tilts more toward buying or selling. This feature is built-in.

♢ Why Dow Theory?

Prices rise if more investors place buy orders and fall if more place sell orders.

Dow Theory draws attention from very many investors,so if you can read it, you can ride the market’s direction. Of course, accuracy isn’t 100%, butwe attempt to raise the probability of aligning trade direction based on Dow Theory.

As in daily life—“umbrella for rain,” “weapons for battle,” “sunscreen/parasol for UV”—optimal behavior remains consistent even after occasional failures.

Similarly in FX,using Dow Theory as one basisandthenconsistently repeating high-edge actions/statesaims to monetize.

2)Sixmethods todiversifyentry timing.

1. EMA20 Granville’s Rule

Buy: MA isupward + low touches MA+ close above MA

Sell: MA isdownward + high touches MA+ close below MA

* MA = MA20Exponential Moving Average

(Exponential Moving Average)

Entries that balance momentum and pullback.Often satisfies both Dow ① and ②,which is a feature.

2. Dow Theory Standard

At the “role reversal” (support/resistance flip)entry area, it automatically executes balanced entries and TPs, aiming for“profit maximization.”A standard strategy.

3. Dow Theory Standard - 15M add-on

Within the 1H environment, add 15M for entry judgment.

Don’t enter on 1H alone;wait for a 15M pullbackto enter.The 15M Dow Theory reversal timingis also considered.

4. Dow Theory +Pin Bar 24

Body-to-wick ratio 2x☆ Wick-to-wick ratio:4x

Combines Dow Theory with the candlestick price-action pin bar.

Trade rationale: What is a Pin Bar?

Evidence of price being pushed back: A candlestick price action where buy/sell forces shift sharply, price extends temporarily, then is pushed back by strong resistance.

5. Pin Bar 35

Candlestick price action-based
Body-to-wick ratio 3x☆ Wick-to-wick ratio:5x

Further magnifies the pin bar ratios and enters on standalone appearance without Dow Theory.

6. Engulfing

Candlestick price action-based

Enter upon occurrence of an engulfing pattern as entry rationale.

Overextension controlexcludes excessively overextended engulfing candles from entries.

Trade rationale: What is an Engulfing?

A two-candle formation where the body of the second candle fully engulfs the body of the first. Also called “hugging line” or “outside bar,” used as a signal of major trend reversals.

☆ Actual entry examples of the methods

Multiple signals trigger after a Dow Theory reversal timing to diversify entries,

with entries and exits occurring at different timings.

While holding a position, a comment shows which method triggered the entry.

Rather than running the EA vaguely,

once a position is opened,it’s enjoyable to display technical indicators on the 1H chart to verifyit.

If confident, you can stop auto-trading after auto-entry and close manually at your discretion.

Automatic Risk-Reward Adjustment

The battle is decided before it begins!

Risk-rewardis precisely calculated before entry,so profit rate can be secured robustly.

This meansyou never need to manually compute the highly important investment element—profit rate (risk-reward)—before entry.

☆ What is a risk-reward strategy?

There’s a view that a high win rate isn’t necessary to achieve maximum returns.

For example, with 3x risk-reward, a system of “3 winsand 1 loss” would...

Over three trades: “+3, -1, -1” totals +1; PF becomes 1.5,so even at a 33% win rate, you can be profitablein theory.

This EAtreats profit rate as essential for stacking true wins, and win rate is not something to force, but something thatfollows as a result, aphilosophy we adopt.

Top-down recognition(environment recognition)is automated

♢ What is top-down recognition?

By checkinghigher timeframesthan the entry timeframe, you can greatly improve trade accuracy—abasicFX concept.

This EA includes this top-down recognition by default.

Although necessary, switching charts repeatedly to assess environment takes more time and effort than expected.

This EA greatly reduces that workload and auto-determines based on market conditions.

Systems can instantly judge ranges nearly impossible for discretionary timing, so over timeyou can aim for profits by continually taking high-edge actions.

Since there are no parameter fields for top-down recognition, it’s fully automatic—no inconsistency, oversight, or mistakes.

Also, it doesn’t enter just anywhere Dow Theory is satisfied;it selects only optimal environments likely to yield results, so if conditions are unfavorable,it shifts to “standby/do nothing” defense, ensuring disciplined trading.

Variable Take-Profitsystem included

When a position clears certain conditions, itenters profit-trailing mode,.TP targets vary dynamically with market conditions.

☆ What is variable TP?

· If potential profit is judged small, take small profit

· When further expansion is likely, target 2x RR or moreand trail for larger gains.

Thus TP targets flexibly adapt.

Example 1Bear market A sharp drop can be turned into a big opportunity

If you only think of +rate yen-weakness “long buys,” history shows such situations often cause big losses.

In the above, a sudden “rate check” drop occurred; the EA detected a shift from rise to fall and sold, yielding large profit.

Example 2Bull market Captures rising Dow reversal and efficiently accrues swaps

After a decline turns to rising Dow, it captures the upswing after a pullback—this EA’s basic behavior.

Compounding function included

As balance grows from results, lot size increases accordingly—this is the compounding feature.

This function is available by default.

To know the exact lot size, the configured lot is shown on the chart.

☆ About stop-loss

Stop-loss points

When auto-trading is enabled,stop-loss triggers automatically.

SL plays key roles: “keep profits larger than losses” and “prevent unexpected losses.”

However,

· Not sure where to place SL.

· SL too tight leads to “chicken profits.”

· Price reverses after entry, hits SL, then returns—missing profit and causing frustration.

These are common concerns, but this EAautomatically places SL at the most balanced level,so you needn’t worry.

1. Standard SL

After entry,it auto-sets SL with performance priority, and functions. It’s designed to withstand stop-hunts by large players.

2. Trailing stop

Trails profitsuntil time passes or price reverses.

3.Time Break-Even

If after entry price first moves into profit, then returns near breakeven andtoo much timehas passed on the position, then

before it U-turns toward SL and causes a big loss,we“disassemble midair,”closing by time-elapse,tominimizedamage.

♢ Risk Management

This EA is designed to maximize performance, and bigger rewards come from overcoming risk, which is a feature.

However,,by nature, risk is always present,

it is not“easy for anyone” or “set-and-forget.”

Please apply at leastrisk-appropriate managementin advance.

Point ①

Because it runs five currencies simultaneously, you may hold many positions (10 or more)at times.

Point ②

In a large expected loss scenario, at 0.1 LOT, risk per position is-20,000 JPY.

To avoid unexpected losses,

adjust lot size and max positionsappropriately for your capital, please do so.

☆ Adjust by LOT size

Set maximum positionsto adjust

By default,it performs diversified entries.

You can set maximum positions to “1” to hold at most one position.

Setting to 1 simplifies and eases risk management.

Q. How soon do results appear?

A. In live trading it generally performs similarly to tests, but depending on timing,it may take over three months to see results. Conversely,we recommend trying it for at least three months.

Q. How does it behave?

Average holding time is about two days. Sometimes up to around ten days.

* Based on historical averages; not guaranteed.

☆ There are times like this, too

To avoid post-purchase disappointment of “this wasn’t what I expected,” we intentionally share negatives.

Losses are unavoidable on the path to long-term profitability. In the pursuit of maximal profit stacking, losing trades will occur. That’s normal behavior; you must accept the risk.

☆ Notes

· This EA is developed based on Dow Theory concepts.

Actual entry timing is further narrowed and optimized for profitability.

· Chart readings vary by person; especially where to define swing lows/highs in Dow Theory can be debatable. Please review the pre-published trade history on this page and consider accordingly before purchase.

☆ Customer feedback

“I thought it was a rare EA, and with frequent updates it’s become significantly more powerful.”

“Life is more enjoyable now.”

We are grateful for suchcomments.

☆ Benefits of automation

Ultra-fast (instant) simultaneous processing beyond human capability

·Keeps auto-entering and exitingamid work, chores, childcare, travel, and important events.

·No need for indicator/alert notifications

Acting after indicator alerts, the market may have already movedand you’ll be late.

There’s latency between receiving a notification and placing your order.

You also can’t always respond when asleep at night or busy.

With this EA, at points where indicators would alert, entries and exits are automated—high efficiency; you can simply check positions in the morning.

· Overnight hourstrading is automated

Major overseas markets are in Japan’s night hours. Entering/exiting then is practically hard. This advantage is especiallysignificant.

· Don’t miss opportunities

No more missing entry timing and “chasing after it” late.

· No need to micromanage limit/stop orders

Fewer mistakes than discretionary trading.

· Time efficiencyimproves

No need to stare at charts continuously; let the system runand focus on daily priorities.

· EAs allow complex logic beyond brokers’ simple order methods.

Example: Simultaneously placing a real-time stop (usually the only option) and a candlestick close-confirmed stop (needed for Dow-style confirmation) enables flexible, principle-based FX setups, building a significantly favorable environmentcompared to typical retail traders.

· Becomes less emotion-driven

Even with rules, most people cannot follow themlike iron.

Frustration leads to losing control, wanting to take any position, revenge trading,or enteringoff-schedule—humans can’t always prevent this.

Thus, maintaining calmis crucial, and automated entries that always enforce rules solve this.

In this way, the system monitors beyond discretionary limits,

so it suits those who “are interested in FXbut lack time; daily work, chores, childcare keep you busy; tend to trade emotionally..

About Forex Automated Trading
Forex Automated Trading refers to trading that is automated through programming, incorporating predetermined trading and settlement rules. There are various methods to conduct automated trading, but at GogoJungle, we deal with Experts Advisors (hereinafter referred to as EA) that operate on a trading platform called MT4.
There are various types of EAs (Expert Advisors) for different trading types that can be used on MT4.
Just like discretionary trading, there are those that decide trading and settlement timings by combining indicators, those that repeatedly buy or sell at certain price (pips) intervals, and trading methods that utilize market anomalies or temporal features. The variety is as rich as the methods in discretionary trading.

To categorize simply,
・Scalping (Type where trades are completed within a few minutes to a few hours),
・Day Trading (Type where trades are completed within several hours to about a day),
・Swing Trading (Type where trades are conducted over a relatively long period of about 1 day to 1 week)
・Grid/Martingale Trading (Holding multiple positions at equal or unequal intervals and settling all once a profit is made. Those that gradually increase the lot number are called Martingale.)
・Anomaly EA (Mid-price trading, early morning scalping)

When engaging in Forex, there are risks in automated trading just as there are in discretionary trading.
However, a substantial advantage of automated trading is its ability to limit and predict risks beforehand.

[Risk]
Inherent to forex trading are the trading risks that undeniably exist in automated trading as well.
・Lot Size Risk
Increasing the lot size forcibly due to a high winning rate can, in rare instances, depending on the EA, lead to substantial Pips loss when a loss occurs. It is crucial to verify the SL Pips and the number of positions held before operating with an appropriate lot.

・Rapid Market Fluctuation Risk
There are instances where market prices fluctuate rapidly due to index announcements or unforeseen news. System trading does not account for such unpredictable market movements, rendering it incapable of making decisions on whether to settle in advance or abstain from trading. As a countermeasure, utilizing tools that halt the EA based on indicator announcements or the VIX (fear index) is also possible.

[Benefits]
・Operates 24 hours a day
If there is an opportunity, system trading will execute trades on your behalf consistently. It proves to be an extremely convenient tool for those unable to allocate time to trading.

・Trades dispassionately without being swayed by emotions
There is an absence of self-serving rule modifications, a common human tendency, such as increasing the lot size after consecutive losses in discretionary trading or, conversely, hastily securing profits with minimal gains.

・Accessible for beginners
To engage in Forex trading, there is no prerequisite to study; anyone using system trading will achieve the same results.

[Disadvantages]
・Cannot increase trading frequency at will
Since system trading operates based on pre-programmed conditions, depending on the type of EA, it might only execute trades a few times a month.

・Suitability may vary with market conditions
Depending on the trading type of the EA, there are periods more suited to trend trading and periods more suited to contrarian trading, making consistent results across all periods unlikely. While the previous year might have yielded good results, this year's performance might not be as promising, necessitating some level of discretion in determining whether it is an opportune time to operate.
The requirements for operating automated trading (EA) on MT4 are as follows:
・MT4 (MetaTrader 4. An account needs to be opened with a Forex company that offers MT4.)
・EA (A program for automated trading)
・The operating deposit required to run the EA
・A PC that can run 24 hours or a VPS (Virtual Private Server), where a virtual PC is hosted on a cloud server to run MT4.
If you open an account with a forex broker that supports MT4, you can use MT4 as provided by that forex broker. MT4 is a stand-alone type of software that needs to be installed on your computer, so you download the program file from the website of the FX company where you opened the account and install it on your computer.

Additionally, there are both demo and real accounts available. You can experience trading with virtual money by applying for a demo account. After opening a real account, you select the connection server assigned by the Forex broker, enter the password, and log in to the account.
When you deposit money into your account using the method specified by the forex broker, the funds will be reflected in your MT4 account, and you can trade.
To set up an EA when you purchase it through GogoJungle, follow the steps below:
Firstly, download the purchased EA file from your My Page on GogoJungle. You will download a zip (compressed) file, so right-click to extract it and retrieve the file named ‘◯◯◯ (EA name)_A19GAw09 (any 8 alphanumeric characters).ex4’ from inside.

Next, launch MT4 and navigate to ‘File’ → ‘Open Data Folder’ → ‘MQL4’ → ‘Experts’ folder, and place the ex4 file inside. Once done, close MT4 and restart it. Then, go to the upper menu ‘Tools’ → ‘Options’, and under ‘Expert Advisors’, ensure ‘Allow automated trading’ and ‘Allow DLL imports’ are checked, then press OK to close.

The necessary currency pair and time frame for the correct operation of the EA are specified on the EA sales page. Refer to this information and open the chart of the correct currency pair time frame (e.g., USDJPY5M for a USD/Yen 5-minute chart).

Within the menu navigator, under ‘Expert Advisors’, you will find the EA file name you placed earlier. Click to select it, then drag & drop it directly onto the chart to load the EA. Alternatively, you can double-click the EA name to load it onto the selected chart.

If ‘Authentication Success’ appears in the upper left of the chart, the authentication has been successful. To operate the EA, you need to keep your PC running 24 hours. Therefore, either disable the automatic sleep function or host MT4 on a VPS and operate the EA.
EAs from GogoJungle can be used with one real account and one demo account per EA.
If you want to use it with an account other than the authenticated one, you need to reset the registered account.

To reset the account, close the MT4 where the Web authentication is registered, then go to My Page on GogoJungle > Use > Digital Contents > the relevant EA > press the ‘Reset’ button for the registration number, and the registered account will be released.

When the account is in a reset state, using the EA with another MT4 account will register a new account.
Also, you can reset the account an unlimited number of times.
If you encounter an error with Web authentication, or if the EA is trading on GogoJungle's forward performance page but not on your own account, there could be various reasons. For more details, please refer to the following link:
→ Items to Check When EA is Not Operating
In Forex trading, the size of a lot is usually:

1 lot = 100,000 currency units
0.1 lot = 10,000 currency units
0.01 lot = 1,000 currency units

For USD/JPY, 1 lot would mean holding 100,000 dollars.
The margin required to hold lots is determined by the leverage set by the Forex broker.
If the leverage is 25 times, the margin required to hold 10,000 currency units of USD/JPY would be:
10000*109 (※ at a rate of 109 yen per dollar) ÷ 25 = 43,600 yen.
・Profit Factor: Total Profit ÷ Total Loss
・Risk-Return Ratio: Total Profit and Loss during the period ÷ Maximum Drawdown
・Maximum Drawdown: The largest unrealized loss during the operation period
・Maximum Position Number: This is the maximum number of positions that the EA can theoretically hold at the same time
・TP (Take Profit): The set profit-taking Pips (or specified amount, etc.) in the EA's settings
・SL (Stop Loss): The set maximum loss pips (or specified amount, etc.) in the EA's settings
・Trailing Stop: Instead of settling at a specified Pips, once a certain profit is made, the settlement SL is raised at a certain interval (towards the profit), maximizing the profit. It is a method of settlement.
・Risk-Reward Ratio (Payoff Ratio): Average Profit ÷ Average Loss
・Hedging: Holding both buy and sell positions simultaneously (Some FX companies also have types where hedging is not allowed)
