EA maniacs are curious about this.
No trades around midnight, when variable spreads would improve backtest results
No 1 minute logic, which would improve backtest results due to pseudo ticks, all are 5 minutes or longer fixed leg logic
No control points in the backtest model, validated and optimized on all ticks
Monitoring and validation is being performed on multiple traders and real accounts at any time.
Simple and rational support rate setting without excessive curve fitting
No market orders, all orders are wait orders to minimize slippage due to slippage and time lag.
From version 2, the appropriate stop loss for the day is calculated based on the previous day's price movement, and the stop loss is calculated based on the previous day's price movement.
Auto stop-loss mode, which calculates the appropriate stop-loss for the day based on the previous day's price movement and executes lot calculation, has been added to the system.Corona Market The system is now compatible with the new version 2.

Three features of LEAP
Features (1) Three types of breakout logic
LEAP is a simple method to aim for a breakout by determining three types of lines and placing a stop order (stop order). The three types of orders are triggered when a strong support line is broken.Triple increase in profits The first two orders are triggered by the breakout of the support line. When a weak support line is broken, one type of order will be triggered. Reduced risk The activated order will be traded. The triggered orders are traded to increase profits, and the stop is used to prioritize profit taking. Reduced risk The order is executed by the trader. This is the secret to LAEP's steady accumulation of profits.
Feature (2) Standby Order System
Generally, the detailed internal logic of EAs is opaque, and it is unclear when an order will be generated. However, LEAP uses the wait order method for all orders. Visibility of the rate at which orders are placed Therefore If you are not satisfied with the order, you can cancel the EA. This also prevents the backtest and forward test from not matching (due to slippage in execution power), which is the fate of breakout EAs. which is the fate of breakout EAs. Compensate for shortcomings This is a good thing.
Feature (3) No currency pair specification
In addition to "steady growth over 10 years of back-testing" as the basis for an effective method, we also consider "the ability to handle multiple currency pairs" to be an important point. In addition to "steady growth over 10 years of back-testing," we also consider "the ability to handle multiple currency pairs" to be an important point of evidence for an effective method. Parameter settings (initial values in parentheses)
[Settings related to the EA as a whole].
EA_name = "Leap"
The name of the EA to be displayed on the chart.
Info_EA
Only 15-minute time frames are available. Brand name is at your discretion.
Info_MAGIC
For magic numbers, 6 numbers are used in sequential order from the number entered in MAGIC. Do not use more than one magic number for a single currency pair.
Lots = 1.0
The number of lots per position, valid when MM_mode is fixed; in fukuri or tanri mode, this number is the maximum number of lots.
MM_mode = tanri
Money management mode (automatic lot calculation mode).
You can choose whether to fix the lot size or have it calculated automatically
fixed = fixed at the lot specified by Lots.
fukuri = Automatically adjusts lots so that the allowable margin loss per position is the percentage (%) set in Risk_fukuri_persent.
tanri = The lot size is automatically adjusted so that the allowable margin loss per position is the amount set in Risk_tanri_yen (in yen for yen-denominated accounts).
Note: The default setting is simple interest mode (Risk_tanri_yen 25,000 yen), so please change the setting according to your individual margin situation before use.
Risk_fukuri_persent = 2.5
This is enabled when fukuri is selected in MM_mode.
Example: If the margin is 1,000,000 yen, stop loss is 25 pips, and compound interest is 2.5%, the allowable loss is 25,000 yen and the lot size is 1.0 lot.
Risk_tanri_yen = 25000
Enabled when tanri is selected in MM_mode. The default setting is the recommended value for a margin of 1 million yen.
For yen accounts, it will be in yen, and for dollar accounts, it will be in dollars.
Example: Regardless of the margin amount, if the stop loss is 25 pips and the allowable loss is 25,000 yen, the lot size is 1.0 lot.
Auto_SLTP = day3
Auto stop loss mode.
The Stop Loss and Take Profit values are automatically set to a specified percentage of the (average of the high - low values for the specified period). However, the value will never be smaller than the value set by the current stop loss.
It is very convenient because it automatically changes the stop loss value and the number of lots if the previous day's price movement was large or if it is set for a currency pair with a large price fluctuation.
Profit factor is improved when used in conjunction with the money management mode.
Note *When using Auto_SLTP mode, it is recommended to set MM_mode to "fukuri" or "tanri" mode and adjust the lot size automatically.
Auto_SLTP_percent = 50
You can set what percentage of the specified period should be the stop loss and take profit range.
SL = 25.0
Stop Loss pips, the value at which the stop loss is executed. The value at which the stop loss is to be executed, recalculated in case of Auto SLTP mode.
In addition, if trailing stops or open stops are executed, the loss will be cut accordingly.
TP = 25.0
Take Profit. The value at which the profit is to be executed. In Auto SLTP mode, it will be recalculated and set to the same value as the Stop Loss.
In addition, if trailing stops or open stops are executed, interest will be taken in accordance with them.
TrailingStop = 10
Trailing stop pips; if profits exceed this value, a stop loss is set above the open price to secure profits.
BreakEven = 5
Break-even or open stop pips; if profits exceed this value, a stop loss is set at the ordered open price to limit losses.
ECN = false
If ECN mode is set to true, it will set the stop loss value at the open stop to a value that takes the commission into account.
It can be true even if it is not an ECN account.
ECN_fee = 0.6
ECN account commission pips. $3.00 each way for 1 lot traded, which is $6.00 round trip. This equates to 0.6 pips.
WeekEndClose = false
Weekend Close function; if set to true, positions held will be forced to close at a specified time on Friday weekends.
If you want to avoid weekend risk true.
WeekEndCloseTime ="23:00"
Time to close for the weekend. This is the time on the server (MT4) side.
StartTime = 2
Start Time. This is the time when the transaction starts. This is also the server-side time.
EndTime = 22
End Time. The time at which the transaction ends. This is also the server-side time.
At the end time, waiting orders are temporarily closed, but open positions are not closed.
Price_hosei_pips = 0.0
Add this number to the price of the stop loss to be entered. Use this to avoid damashi.
way = normal
Change a wait order from a stop order to a limit order.
Multiple_Pos = true
When set to "false", if any of the standby orders are executed, the other standby orders are deleted and a single position is opened.
Setting the Volume Trigger
Trigger = ON
Whether or not to use the trigger for entry; if ON, entry will be made when ATR or VOLUME increases; if OFF, orders will be sent at the start time of the trade
ATR_time = H1
The ATR time frame to be used; if NO, the ATR trigger will not be used.
ATR_bars = 4
Number of ATR bars to be used.
The default is 4 H1 legs, so a wait order is sent at the high of the ATR for the past 4 hours.
VOLUME_time = NO
The VOLUME time frame to be used; if NO, the ATR trigger will not be used.
VOLUME_bars = 80
Number of bars of VOLUME to be used.
For example, if you set the M30 leg to 80, a standby order will be sent at the high of the VOLUME for the past 40 hours.

About Forex Automated Trading
What is Forex Automated Trading (MT4 EA)?
Forex Automated Trading refers to trading that is automated through programming, incorporating predetermined trading and settlement rules. There are various methods to conduct automated trading, but at GogoJungle, we deal with Experts Advisors (hereinafter referred to as EA) that operate on a trading platform called MT4.
Trading Types of Forex Automated Trading
There are various types of EAs (Expert Advisors) for different trading types that can be used on MT4.
Just like discretionary trading, there are those that decide trading and settlement timings by combining indicators, those that repeatedly buy or sell at certain price (pips) intervals, and trading methods that utilize market anomalies or temporal features. The variety is as rich as the methods in discretionary trading.
To categorize simply,
・Scalping (Type where trades are completed within a few minutes to a few hours),
・Day Trading (Type where trades are completed within several hours to about a day),
・Swing Trading (Type where trades are conducted over a relatively long period of about 1 day to 1 week)
・Grid/Martingale Trading (Holding multiple positions at equal or unequal intervals and settling all once a profit is made. Those that gradually increase the lot number are called Martingale.)
・Anomaly EA (Mid-price trading, early morning scalping)

Risks, Advantages, and Disadvantages of Forex Automated Trading
When engaging in Forex, there are risks in automated trading just as there are in discretionary trading.
However, a substantial advantage of automated trading is its ability to limit and predict risks beforehand.
[Risk]
Inherent to forex trading are the trading risks that undeniably exist in automated trading as well.
・Lot Size Risk
Increasing the lot size forcibly due to a high winning rate can, in rare instances, depending on the EA, lead to substantial Pips loss when a loss occurs. It is crucial to verify the SL Pips and the number of positions held before operating with an appropriate lot.
・Rapid Market Fluctuation Risk
There are instances where market prices fluctuate rapidly due to index announcements or unforeseen news. System trading does not account for such unpredictable market movements, rendering it incapable of making decisions on whether to settle in advance or abstain from trading. As a countermeasure, utilizing tools that halt the EA based on indicator announcements or the VIX (fear index) is also possible.
[Benefits]
・Operates 24 hours a day
If there is an opportunity, system trading will execute trades on your behalf consistently. It proves to be an extremely convenient tool for those unable to allocate time to trading.
・Trades dispassionately without being swayed by emotions
There is an absence of self-serving rule modifications, a common human tendency, such as increasing the lot size after consecutive losses in discretionary trading or, conversely, hastily securing profits with minimal gains.
・Accessible for beginners
To engage in Forex trading, there is no prerequisite to study; anyone using system trading will achieve the same results.
[Disadvantages]
・Cannot increase trading frequency at will
Since system trading operates based on pre-programmed conditions, depending on the type of EA, it might only execute trades a few times a month.
・Suitability may vary with market conditions
Depending on the trading type of the EA, there are periods more suited to trend trading and periods more suited to contrarian trading, making consistent results across all periods unlikely. While the previous year might have yielded good results, this year's performance might not be as promising, necessitating some level of discretion in determining whether it is an opportune time to operate.

Equipment and Environment Needed for Automated Trading Operation
The requirements for operating automated trading (EA) on MT4 are as follows:
・MT4 (MetaTrader 4. An account needs to be opened with a Forex company that offers MT4.)
・EA (A program for automated trading)
・The operating deposit required to run the EA
・A PC that can run 24 hours or a VPS (Virtual Private Server), where a virtual PC is hosted on a cloud server to run MT4.

Installation of MT4 and Account Login
If you open an account with a forex broker that supports MT4, you can use MT4 as provided by that forex broker. MT4 is a stand-alone type of software that needs to be installed on your computer, so you download the program file from the website of the FX company where you opened the account and install it on your computer.
Additionally, there are both demo and real accounts available. You can experience trading with virtual money by applying for a demo account. After opening a real account, you select the connection server assigned by the Forex broker, enter the password, and log in to the account.
When you deposit money into your account using the method specified by the forex broker, the funds will be reflected in your MT4 account, and you can trade.

How to Install EA on MT4
To set up an EA when you purchase it through GogoJungle, follow the steps below:
Firstly, download the purchased EA file from your My Page on GogoJungle. You will download a zip (compressed) file, so right-click to extract it and retrieve the file named ‘◯◯◯ (EA name)_A19GAw09 (any 8 alphanumeric characters).ex4’ from inside.
Next, launch MT4 and navigate to ‘File’ → ‘Open Data Folder’ → ‘MQL4’ → ‘Experts’ folder, and place the ex4 file inside. Once done, close MT4 and restart it. Then, go to the upper menu ‘Tools’ → ‘Options’, and under ‘Expert Advisors’, ensure ‘Allow automated trading’ and ‘Allow DLL imports’ are checked, then press OK to close.
The necessary currency pair and time frame for the correct operation of the EA are specified on the EA sales page. Refer to this information and open the chart of the correct currency pair time frame (e.g., USDJPY5M for a USD/Yen 5-minute chart).
Within the menu navigator, under ‘Expert Advisors’, you will find the EA file name you placed earlier. Click to select it, then drag & drop it directly onto the chart to load the EA. Alternatively, you can double-click the EA name to load it onto the selected chart.
If ‘Authentication Success’ appears in the upper left of the chart, the authentication has been successful. To operate the EA, you need to keep your PC running 24 hours. Therefore, either disable the automatic sleep function or host MT4 on a VPS and operate the EA.

About the Size of Trading Lots
In Forex trading, the size of a lot is usually:
1 lot = 100,000 currency units
0.1 lot = 10,000 currency units
0.01 lot = 1,000 currency units
For USD/JPY, 1 lot would mean holding 100,000 dollars.
The margin required to hold lots is determined by the leverage set by the Forex broker.
If the leverage is 25 times, the margin required to hold 10,000 currency units of USD/JPY would be:
10000*109 (※ at a rate of 109 yen per dollar) ÷ 25 = 43,600 yen.
1 lot = 100,000 currency units
0.1 lot = 10,000 currency units
0.01 lot = 1,000 currency units
For USD/JPY, 1 lot would mean holding 100,000 dollars.

10000*109 (※ at a rate of 109 yen per dollar) ÷ 25 = 43,600 yen.
