Hisa Oshimura (Okumura Hisashi)
In 1987, completed the master's program in the Faculty of Engineering. The theme was AI (Artificial Intelligence). At Nikko Securities, developed numerous mathematical models. Co-developed an investment model with Stanford University professor Dr. William Sharp (1990 Nobel Prize in Economics) and pioneered online distribution of Tokyo Stock Exchange prices (a world first). Furthermore, established venture companies with Mossad science advisors from Israel, commercialized AI technology, and implemented it at major airports, achieving numerous milestones at the intersection of finance and IT. Currently provides models that evaluate analyst ratings with AI ("MRA"), AI-projected future FX rates ("FXeye"), and chart analysis that displays risk and return ("Twilight Zone"). To raise financial literacy in Japan, hosts the Financial Literacy Seminar.
Hobbies include audio and fitness. Started aerobics competition 15 years ago, NAC Master Division Singles champion 9 consecutive times, 2016 Senior 2nd place, 2014–2016 Japan Championship Chiba Prefecture representative, 2017–2018 Japan Championship Master 3 runner-up. Although often described as versatile in sports, in truth I am "a poor swimmer" and not good at ball games. My motto is, "It is never too late to make any decision."
