After earning an MBA in the United States and returning home, I worked as an assistant to macroeconomists and sector analysts to learn how to understand economic and monetary flows, and the way the industry is viewed to help with stock selection. Later, as a sector analyst, I gained experience in narrowing down stocks, and as a fund manager I actually built and adjusted portfolios. I introduce practical points usable at the individual level.
