【9/12 Dollar/Yen Scalp Points】
Good job today! Alright, let’s do another Dollar/Yen scalp tonight as well!
First, from today’s Tokyo session overview.
Currently, the USD/JPY is around 147.60. This morning it started around 147.20, but in the Tokyo session it moved down from yesterday's New York session to around 147.00, showing a slight correction.
Although the US Consumer Price Index released last night showed somewhat strong figures, the initial jobless claims also rose, leading to some dollar selling.
From the morning level, it’s about a 40-pip rise as we transition to the overseas session.
Now, here are the points for tonight’s USD/JPY scalping.
● Movements around the 16:00 London market open
● Movements around the 22:00 New York market open (Dow opens at 22:30)
● Movements after the 23:00 release of the “U.S. University of Michigan Consumer Confidence Index”
—–
● Be cautious of headlines related to the Liberal Democratic Party leadership race
Tonight’s 1-minute scalping plan is to accumulate profits through movements near each market open, plus the action after the 23:00 U.S. Michigan Consumer Confidence Index release. For users of the “1-minute scalping club,” processing according to the theory shouldn’t be a problem.
Also, for the short-only 15-minute scalp, since it didn’t break out of the range on the “U.S. Producer Price Index” and the “U.S. Consumer Price Index,” you might aim to wait for a small pullback and look to sell around the 148-yen level.
With that, thank you for your continued support today as well!
