[9/10 Dollar/Yen Scalping Points]
Thank you for your hard work! Now, let's do some Dollar/Yen scalping this evening as well!
First, here is today's Tokyo time overview.
Currently, USD/JPY is around 147.30. This morning it started around 147.35, but in the early Tokyo session it continued the late overseas session trend from last night, with slightly more dollar selling on the lead.
However, after briefly strengthening to around 147.60 after 10:00 Japan time, profit-taking sales emerged and the upside remained heavy. This may reflect caution ahead of the US PPI tonight and the US CPI tomorrow.
It looks like we’ll hand over to overseas time at roughly the same level as the morning.
Now, the points for tonight's USD/JPY scalping.
● Movements near the London market open around 16:00
● Movements after the US PPI release at 21:30
● Movements near the New York market open around 22:00 (Dow opens at 22:30)
—–
● Be aware of headlines related to the Trump administration
Tonight’s 1-minute scalp aims to accumulate profits from market openings and post-21:30 US PPI movements. For users of the “1-Minute Scalping Club,” I believe you can manage it according to the theory.
Additionally, the 15-minute scalp for shorts only will have opportunities if dollar selling emerges as a position adjustment ahead of the US PPI tonight and tomorrow’s US CPI. If we can sell around the mid-147s, we’ll enter.
Now, overseas time is about to begin!
[Main US Indicators/Events for 9/10]
● 21:30 US PPI / PPI (Core)
—–
● 23:30 US Crude Oil Inventories
—–
● 26:00 US 10-Year Treasury Note Auction
—–
For USD/JPY scalpers, be sure to check the time and avoid entering right before indicators/events.
