【8/11 GBP/JPY Scalp Points】
Thank you for your hard work! Now let's do USD/JPY scalp again tonight!
First, from today’s Tokyo session overview.
Currently USD/JPY is around 147.60. This morning it started around 147.55, but during the Tokyo session there was no major movement due to holiday, and it remains at the low levels seen after the U.S. payrolls report.
Tonight there are no major economic indicators, and with CPI in the U.S. looming tomorrow, a cautious mood is likely to spread.
It seems the baton will be passed to the overseas session at roughly the same level as the morning.
Now, here are tonight’s USD/JPY scalping points.
● Movements near 16:00 London market open
● Movements near 22:00 New York market open (Dow opens at 22:30)
—–
● Be mindful of headlines related to the Trump administration
For tonight’s 1-minute chart scalping, with no particular news affecting the market, the idea is to gain profits around each market open. If you are a user of the “1-minute scalping club,” following the theory should be fine.
Also, the 15-minute chart scalping, which is short-selling oriented, tends to be favored by expectations of early U.S. rate cuts and FRB personnel changes, so if you target it, it would be after it forms around the mid-147 yen level. It’s a matter of not holding too long and rotating in small steps.
With that, overseas time is about to start!
【8/11 – Major U.S. Indicators/Events】
