Simple is best

There are consultants who seem to be hitting a wall right now.

I think the cause is that they are thinking about it too hard.

This is an issue that seems easy for anyone to fall into, so I’ll share that story.

Simple is best

In any field, I believe you ultimately arrive at “simple.”


I’ve received this kind of feedback before.




This person seemed very simple and understandable.

At first what you were thinking seemed simple, but as you did it, it became increasingly difficult to think about it.

If you’re worried or find it hard, you might be able to return to “think simply” and “go back to basics.”
