【7/22 Dollar/Yen Scalping Points】
Thank you for your hard work! Alright, let's do dollar/yen scalping again tonight!
First, overview of Tokyo time today.
Currently, the dollar/yen is around 147.60. This morning it started around 147.20, but during Tokyo time the trend of selling dollars and buying yen after the Upper House election has cooled, leading to a minor dollar-buyback and yen-selling recovery.
However, although Prime Minister Ishiba announced he will continue, voices calling for responsibility from within and outside the party are increasing, so depending on future headlines there is a possibility of another yen depreciation, so caution is needed.
From the morning levels, it is likely to rise about 40 pips to hand off to overseas time.
Now, here are tonight’s dollar/yen scalping points.
● Movements around the 16:00 London market open
● Movements around the 22:00 New York market open (Dow opens at 22:30)
—–
● Be mindful of headlines related to the Trump administration
Tonight’s 1-minute chart scalping is expected to be driven by movements near each market open rather than any particular material. For users of the “1-minute Scalping Club,” if you handle it according to the theory, there should be no problem.
Also, the 15-minute scalping focused on shorts is considered to have cooled after the post-election dollar selling/yen buying flow, so please don’t push too hard today.
Then, soon the overseas time will begin!
【7/22 Main U.S. Indicators/Events
● 21:30 Jerome Powell, Chair of the U.S. Federal Reserve, remarks (during blackout period)
—–
● 26:00 Lael Brainard (likely meant as Lael Brainard? actually it says Powell’s deputy here) Deputy Chairman of the U.S. Federal Reserve remarks (during blackout period)
—–
Dollar/Yen scalpers should avoid entering right before indicators/events; watch the timing carefully.
In fact, one of my trading methods, the “1-minute Scalping using the 15-minute chart,” is completely freely published.
I hope it may be helpful (completely free, indeed).

I will confidently invite you all into the world of 1-minute scalping. (Sorry... this is paid.)
If you’re aiming even higher, please consider it.
