| Yes. Initially I did swing trading in individual stocks, and during the Abenomics rally I earned decent profits. But later that same approach stopped working, so I turned to FX, the Nikkei 225, gold, and other instruments. In the beginning, results were not stable. |

| The biggest difference is the mindset toward stop-losses.Stop-losses are executed incredibly quickly, keeping losses small while letting profits run.Until then, I tended to hold on too long and my losses were larger, so this was a huge lesson for me. |

| A common scenario is after a streak of winning trades, you get overconfident and increase lot size too much. If you then lose, the profits can vanish all at once. Therefore, staying calm after a win is extremely important. |
