【7/11 Dollar-Yen Scalping Points】
Good work everyone! Now let’s do some USD/JPY scalping again tonight!
First, from today's Tokyo session overview.Currently USD/JPY is around 146.80. This morning, USD/JPY opened around 146.20, but in the Tokyo session, as President Trump mentioned imposing a broad tariff of 15% to 20% on many countries, dollar buying strengthened.
Around 13:30 Japan time, we set a local high for the day at around 147.20.
After that, it pulled back somewhat, and from the morning level we saw about 60 pips higher, likely to hand over to the overseas session.
With a key EU tariff announcement coming soon, please remain cautious of sudden market moves.
Now, the points for tonight’s USD/JPY scalping.
● Movements around the London market open (around 16:00)
● Movements around the New York market open (around 22:00, Dow opens at 22:30)
—–
● Be cautious of headlines related to the Trump administration
For tonight’s 1-minute chart scalping, with no particular catalysts in the market, profits are expected to accumulate from the opening movements of each market. Users of the “1-Minute Scalping Club” should be fine if you handle it according to the theory.
Also, the 15-minute scalping focused on short positions is seeing strong dollar buying due to inflation worries and expected delay of rate cuts caused by Trump tariffs, so today don’t push it too hard.
Thank you for your continued support today as well!
【7/11 - Major US Indicators / Events】
● There are no particularly important US indicators or events today
—–USD/JPY scalpers should watch the clock and avoid entries right before indicators or events.
In fact, one of my trading methods, the “15-Minute Scalping” using the 15-minute chart, is completely free and publicly available.
I hope it can be of some help (completely free, by the way).
