【Busy full-time trader's trade commentary】How to earn monthly income from the market
I am a full-time currency trader, and my name is Neko.
As I release the semi-discretionary method N-Method using EA, I will explain the entries of the same method that I performed alongside my main trading仕事.
First, the GBPJPY.
The market fell sharply from Tokyo time, but I entered a short with N-Method around 5 o'clock.
The image is a 4-hour chart.
As a hint, RSI is below 50 indicating weakness, it touched 30, but since it is in a trend state I ignore it. Then as the middle band slope increases and Bollinger Bands expand, that is the
signal for N-Method.
*In the N-Method manual, I noted that the entry EA and the alert EA should be set to a 5-minute chart, but you can set them to any time frame. From next time, I will set the EA on a 4-hour chart to make the entry points clearer and trade in parallel with my main business trading.
As a result, since it was Friday, I closed around 2 o'clock on Saturday without a profit-taking signal, earning about 400 PIPS.
In 2016 or even much earlier, GBPJPY typically moved more than 300 PIPS,
and since the range market that persisted from 2017 ended, I feel a high-volatility market has arrived.
This is a daily chart. In the area where the vertical line extends, I expanded the Bollinger Bands.
On the daily chart, a break of the middle band is bearish, and since the bands were contracting, the possibility of expansion was high, so contrarian trading should be done cautiously.
I feel that the price movement of GBPJPY is condensed into patterns on the 4-hour chart.
Therefore, N-Method traders should focus on the daily and 4-hour charts, and leave the lower timeframes to the EA.
Bollinger Bands, RSI, Heiken Ashi
and
the chart settings may seem very simple, but
oscillators and the like have calculation formulas that do not change much, so one is enough.
Rather, before that, in modern times, merely knowing market movements in real time is quite revolutionary.
Although Heiken Ashi has become ubiquitous, at first many people feel instinctively "I can win!" when using it in practice, only to be disappointed once they start. N-Method has provided one answer to that.
