【暇な専業トレーダーのトレード解説】相場から月収を得る方法
I am a full-time currency trader, and my name is Neko.
As I release the semi-discretionary method N-Method using an EA, I will explain the entries of this same method that I conducted in parallel with my main trading activities.
First, EUR/GBP? (Note: The original says "pound/yen" - GBP/JPY)
The market fell sharply from Tokyo time, but I entered a short position with N-Method around 5 o'clock.
The image is a 4-hour chart.
As a hint, RSI was below 50 indicating bearishness, and it touched 30, but since there is a trend, I ignored it. Then, as the middle band steepened and the Bollinger Band expanded, it was the signal for N-Method.
Note: In the N-Method manual, both entry EA and alert EA are set on a 5-minute chart, but they can be set on any time frame. Next time I plan to set the EA on a 4-hour chart to make the entry points clearer and trade in parallel with my main business trading.
As a result, since it was Friday, around 2 o'clock on Saturday I closed the position without a profit-taking signal, and I earned about 400 pips.
In 2016 or well before that, GBP/JPY typically moved more than 300 pips, so
it feels like the range market that continued from 2017 has ended and a high-volatility market has arrived.
This is the daily chart. In the area where the vertical line extends, I expanded the Bollinger Bands.
On the daily chart, a break below the middle band was bearish, and since the bands were contracting, the likelihood of expansion was high, so contrarian trades should be taken cautiously.
I feel that the price movement of GBP/JPY is concentrated in the 4-hour chart.
Therefore, N-Method traders should focus on the daily and 4-hour charts, letting the lower time frames be handled by the EA.
Bollinger Bands, RSI, and Heikin-Ashi (average candles)
The chart settings may seem extremely simple, but
Oscillators and similar indicators do not differ much in calculation, so one is enough.
Moreover, in the modern era, simply knowing real-time market movements is already quite revolutionary.
Heikin-Ashi candles have become popular, but initially many people feel they can win and are disappointed when they actually use them in practice.
N-Method provides one answer to that.
