Big Q
Former overseas fund manager. While serving as a fund manager, due to the nature of the job, he could not trade stocks, so he began FX trading as a hobby. He has over 15 years of FX experience and currently trades stably, but in the early days of investing he suffered big losses, and he invested a considerable amount in FX educational materials as well. Based on his experience in the financial district, he is particularly knowledgeable about the latest overseas trading trends.

Hello, this is Hayakawa from Gogojan Co., Ltd.
This time, for the second installment, we welcome Mr. Big Q again to hear his story.
In the first installmentthe mental aspectwas discussed in depth, but this timewe would like to have an explanation about learning based on Shu-Ha-Ri. |

Thank you in advance. This time, through questions from customers using Golden Strike, I have noticedthe key points of the “learning attitude”that I would like to share. |
What are the common traits of people who break out quickly?
| Even if you learn the same method, some people become full-time traders quickly while others struggle to see results; what accounts for that difference? |
| Hayakawa from Gogojan |
| Big Q |
| From my experience, people who break out quickly and go on to succeeddon’t try to understand everything; they learn only the essential elements and practice only what they can understand. |
Trying to memorize everything can be counterproductive at times. |
| Hayakawa from Gogojan |
| Big Q |
| That's right.Japanese people, being especially conscientious, tend to strive for perfectionanyway. However, that attitude often ends up being counterproductive. |
You don't have to memorize everything, the essence is enough
| What does it mean to learn only the essentials, specifically? |

| Big Q |
For example, when trying to define a “double bottom,” people have different definitions, such as the number of candlesticks or the length of wicks.
But you do not need to memorize all of that.
Within that, you should find a pattern that you think is a favorable opportunity and focus only on that. |
That’s very easy to understand. If you cling too tightly to a pattern, you may miss opportunities. So that’s what it means. |
| Hayakawa from Gogojan |
| Big Q |
Exactly. In Golden Strike as well, five proven patternsare prepared, but we don’t want you to do all of them; we hope you find one that feels easy to use and apply it. |
What is the key to continuing trading: enjoyment
| What do you think is necessary to continue learning in trading? |
| Hayakawa from Gogojan |
| Big Q |
The most important thing is to keep it simple and enjoy doing it.Yes. In a modern world with many ways to earn, those who enjoy looking at charts and find trading interesting will be able to continue and are suited for trading. |
| Whether you can enjoy it is the key to sustaining it. |
| Hayakawa from Gogojan |
| Big Q |
Yes. FX has a lot to learn, but because you feel it’s enjoyable, you can naturally put in the effort. So, I’d like you to value an environment where you can approach it with enjoyment. |
Building your own winning pattern based on the Shu-Ha-Ri concept
| What is the one thing you most want to convey about the "learning attitude" through this discussion? |
| Hayakawa from Gogojan |
| Big Q |
The concept of Shu-Ha-Ri is important. First learn the form (Shu), then apply and break it (Ha), and build your own style (Ri). By going through this process, you can establish a winning method that suits you. |
| It’s not that there is only one correct answer; the emphasis is on finding your own path rather than strictly guarding every rule. |
| Hayakawa from Gogojan |
| Big Q |
That’s right. Since there isn’t a single right answer, I believe finding a winning style that works for you and continuing to practice it is very important for growth as a trader.
I hope to support you so you can reach your own answer as quickly as possible. |
