[6/27 Dollar-Yen Scalping Points]
Good job everyone! Alright, let's do some USD/JPY scalping again tonight!
First, here's today's Tokyo session overview.
Currently, the USD/JPY is around 144.40. This morning it started around 144.25, but during the Tokyo session it has been moving around in the 144 handle without a clear direction.
Although concerns about the Middle East have eased, since it’s the weekend, there is a tendency to refrain from aggressive trading, resulting in somewhat lower volatility. If movements occur, it may be after the 21:30 release of the US PCE Deflator.
From the morning level, it looks like about a 15-pip rise as we hand over to overseas trading.
Now, here are tonight’s USD/JPY scalping points.
● Movements around 16:00 when the London market opens
● Movements after 21:30 US Personal Income data release
● Movements around 22:00 around the New York market open (Dow opens at 22:30)
● Movements after 23:00 US University of Michigan Consumer Confidence Index release
—–
● Be cautious of important US remarks
● Be cautious of headlines related to the Trump administration
Tonight’s one-minute chart scalping aims to accumulate profits from movements near market opens plus after the 21:30 US Personal Income and the 23:00 US Michigan Consumer Confidence releases. For users of the “1-Minute Scalping Club,” if you handle it according to the theory, there should be no issue.
Also, the short-only 15-minute chart scalping may see limited movement due to weekend factors, so today we should not overextend. If movement occurs, it would be after US indicators are released.
With that, please have a great trading session today as well!
