Simple Logic FX: Born from an unwillingness to give up

What is the reasoning behind that? |

I’ve been at this for nearly 20 years, but more than 10 years I was stuck.
Nevertheless, I didn’t give up and kept searching for a method that fits me, which finally allowed me to master FX. |

| That’s when “Simple Logic FX” came about. What kind of logic is it? |

| I’m not good at market forecasting, and my discretionary trading was zero. I’m a stubborn guy, so I kept testing what I could do and ended up at semi-automatic trading. |

From here, I’d like to ask about Do.’s life so far, and his long history in investing. |

Started futures with 500,000 yen. It reached 50,000,000 yen temporarily... but that’s where hell began.

| What was your first investment and how did you begin? |
|
|

|

| Do. |

At the time, I wanted to grow the funds from the construction business I was running, so I started futures investing on a whim.
I started with 500,000 yen, but before I knew it I was dipping into business funds.
Futures investments move a lot; at one point they grew to 50 million yen. |

| Amazing results! But were there pitfalls after that? |
|

I should have stopped then, but greed kept me from quitting.
And after various crashes, margin calls of millions, sometimes tens of millions, followed.
Several years of hardship continued, didn’t they? |

| Did it become an addiction? |

It was truly like a gambling addiction.
I ran around to gather capital to stay afloat, and that difficult period lasted for several years. |

The mentor’s life-changing words and the underdog’s strategy
|
| Then there was a turning point, right? |

It was when I attended a seminar by a mentor who moves hundreds of billions. It’s embarrassing to say, but I asked him, “Please lend me money.”
At that moment the mentor said
“I can lend you money, but I can’t demand repayment from you.”
“Please recover with FX and invite me to my hometown.”
That advice changed me. |

Those are strict yet warm words.
How did you change from there? |

I closed the construction business and turned to investing.
I traded on a demo account and repeated backtesting.
That gave birth to Simple Logic and the key price action method. |

I see.
What did you realize through those large losses? |
|

For example, “Settlements are ten times harder than entries,” but rather than trying to improve my mental state, I shifted my perspective to rely on a system.
From there, I studied various settlement patterns and, with a programmer, repeated hundreds of times to build the settlement system. |

Being able to automate settlements means your mind stays stable during trading.
That’s why I can keep going. |
