[5/30 USD/JPY scalping points]
Thanks for your hard work! Now, let's do USD/JPY scalping again tonight!
First, the overview during Tokyo time today.
Currently USD/JPY is around 143.95 yen. This morning it started around 144.10 yen, but in the early Tokyo session it softened a bit to around 143.45 yen. Into the Japanese afternoon, it recovered toward near 144 yen, and has since been range-bound.
It seems it will-handed off to overseas time near the morning level.
With uncertainties about Trump tariffs and the risk of carrying positions into the weekend, we expect momentum to shift toward position adjustments. The provisional measure of tariffs covering broad areas, Trump tariff “Plan B.”
Now, the points for tonight's USD/JPY scalping.
● Movements around the 16:00 London market open
● Movements after the 21:30 US Personal Income data release
● Movements around the 22:00 New York market open (Dow open at 22:30)
● Movements after the 23:00 US University of Michigan Consumer Confidence Index release
—–
● Be mindful of headlines related to the Trump administration
Tonight's 1-minute scalping will likely aim to gain on movements around each market open, plus moves after the 21:30 US Personal Income release and the 23:00 US Michigan Consumer Confidence Index release. For users of the “1-minute scalping club,” handling according to the theory should be fine.
Also, for short-expert 15-minute scalping, if position-adjusting selling emerges due to Trump tariffs uncertainty, there may be opportunities. If it forms a sell setup around the 144-yen level, we will enter.
Now, let's have a good session today as well!
