【5/22 USD/JPY Scalping Points】
Good work today! Alright, let's continue with USD/JPY scalping tonight as well!
First, from today's Tokyo session overview.
Currently, USD/JPY is around 143.10. Today it started at around 143.55 in the morning, but during Tokyo time, due to no discussion on exchange rates at the U.S.-Japan financial summit, there were moments when it rose to around 144.40.
However, U.S. fiscal concerns remain strong, and the early rise was a “fake-out” that will likely be undone, with a drop of about 45 pips from the morning level as we hand over to overseas trading.
Now, here are tonight’s USD/JPY scalping points.
● Around 16:00 London market open movements
● Movements after the 21:30 U.S. initial jobless claims release
● Movements around the 22:00 New York market open (Dow opens at 22:30)
● Movements after the 22:45 U.S. Manufacturing PMI and U.S. Services PMI releases
● Movements after the 23:00 U.S. Existing Home Sales release

● Be careful of U.S. officials' statements
● Be cautious of headlines related to the Trump administration
Tonight’s 1-minute chart scalping aims to accumulate profits from movements near each market open, plus after the 21:30 initial jobless claims, the 22:45 PMI releases, and the 23:00 Existing Home Sales release. For users of the “1-Minute Scalping Club,” follow the theory and you should be fine.
Also, the 15-minute chart scalping, focused on shorts, remains driven by strong U.S. fiscal concerns, and looks like there could be opportunities. If the price can move to the mid-143 yen level for selling, we will enter position.
