In the previous column
- "It's important to value the basics," and
- "If you don't value the basics, you might end up getting hurt later, just like in my past. If you leave it as is, you’ll be in big trouble...!
That was a lighthearted, salesman-like tale, but did you read it?
"I haven't seen that yet—no idea!"
If you are such a person, immediately turn on your computer and search forfx-on Weird Woman's Columnon Google to find my past articles.

It won’t reach me, so feel free to write whatever you like, but please refrain from speaking ill of others.
Because you may not know, but I am, indeed,a timid, weak woman"which is why I am this way.
Please imagine a white wild rabbit galloping across a prairie.
So please stop bad-mouthing.
And now, I will suddenly get to the main topic.
When I first started investing, I didn’t know anything and basically consumed various books and blogs.
The blogs of senior traders were all reliable references, and it’s certain that I built my fundamentals as a trader thanks to all of you.
Five years have passed, but there are still a few people who continue blogging, and I still read them from time to time.
Today I will tell you about one of those senior traders.
I have never met that person, but in my impression they are calm and highly intelligent, and have long been writing daily blogs mainly with their own economic analysis information.
However, since this year they have been writing a market outlook that is almost the opposite of mine.
Market outlook is each person’s analysis, and it’s not a question of which is correct, but as a longtime reader I feel a sense of discomfort somewhere.
Because originally they gave the impression of being very calm, but recently their writings show that they seem to be emotional.
As expected, last week this person apparently suffered a large loss in the"Bank of Japan disappointment selling market"and afterward posted a blog that also clearly showed strong feelings of anger.
From this incident, I realized two important things2
that I reconfirmed within myself.
First
No matter how many victories you have, you should not become arrogant and should always approach trading with a beginner’s mindset.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced veteran trader, in the market you always start from the same position, and I want to keep that in mind.
Having many victories does not guarantee winning the next battle.
If you always keep in mind that you are starting from zero, you can surely trade more carefully.
And
above all, when you become emotional at any time,"defeat"is already decided, in my opinion.
No matter how much profit you accrued previously, you must reset your feelings for the next trade.
What is decisive is that no matter how much you lose, emotions like anger or sadness only hinder your next trade.
If some emotion lingers from an earlier point, it may influence the outcome.
If it leads to a favorable result, that would be great, but things don’t go smoothly, and in the end you may reach a bad result.
I have frequently experienced this and realized it many times.
However, when you have worked hard to accumulate assets and they are greatly lost, it is naturally difficult to be told not to show emotions.
You get irritated when the market doesn’t go your way, you feel sad about a significantly reduced balance, and you don’t want to think about anything... you want to stay in bed all day...
"Maybe I should quit trading. I’m no good at losing this much. It’s better to quit."
I want to prevent this kind of situation.
But to recover the assets, no matter how painful, you must reset your mind for the next trade to win.
It is a very difficult issue.
However, once you become a market speculator and aim to keep winning, it is essential to find your own method.
By the way, here is myrecommendedmethod.
First, when you feel irritated or sad, vent your feelings in words and shout aloud!
After you have said everything you want to say, quietly close your eyes and imagine...
"An endless prairie, a blue sky with not a cloud in sight...
The air is pristine. Take a deep breath.
You can hear the babbling of a river.
A breeze gently blowing, carrying the scent of flowers.
This scent is... Cosmos, perhaps?
And try saying it in your mind.
"Somehow I want to live here forever.
If I were reborn, I would like to live in this land and become that white wild rabbit...
Now, what do you think?
In front of your awakened eyes, today too, the charts are moving busily.
The world of the prairie seems to have been a dream.
Waking from the dream, you again sit in front of the computer and gaze at the charts.
The trader’s spirit seems to have revived.
Forget the evil emotions of those days; your eyes, once ruled by dark emotions, now burn with a serious, fiery look.
Let’s do our best today as well.
Let’s win today as well.
I will win today as well!
When you lose... Yes! In that dream again, become that white wild rabbit.
