[Free method公開中] This evening's USD/JPY scalping points 2025/5/2
富崎 from the Trading Office.
【5/2 USD/JPY Scalping Points】
Thanks for your hard work! Now let's do USD/JPY scalping again tonight!
First, today's Tokyo session overview.
Currently, USD/JPY is around 145.20. The pair started around 145.30 in the early session today, but in Tokyo time it briefly rose on headlines suggesting a possibility of trade talks with the U.S. by the Chinese government, but it did not sustain, and thereafter it gradually sold off.
In the end, it seems the level will be handed off to the overseas session around the morning level.
Tonight, the U.S. employment report is due, so price movement is likely to be limited until the release.
Now, here are the points for tonight’s USD/JPY scalping.
● Movements near the London market open at 16:00
● Movements after the U.S. employment data release at 21:30
● Movements near the New York market open (Dow opens at 22:30)
● Be cautious of headlines related to the Trump administration
Tonight's 1-minute scalping strategy is to capitalize on movements around each market open plus the moves after the 21:30 release. For users of the “1-minute Scalping Club,” handling according to the theory should pose no problems.
Additionally, the short-only 15-minute scalp may find opportunities if positions are adjusted before the U.S. jobs data or due to weekend positioning, with potential for selling if it forms around the mid-145s.
Now the overseas session will begin shortly!
