Good work today! Alright, let’s do USD/JPY scalping again tonight!
First, the overview of the Tokyo session today.
Currently, USD/JPY is around 145.95. This morning, it started around 146.00, but during the Tokyo session it traded in a low range after the impact of yesterday's Trump tariffs caused a large sell-off.
Oh dear… the market collapsed remarkably yesterday. It seems we’ll hand over to the overseas session at roughly the same levels as in the morning.
Also, today’s Asian high is around 146.40 and the low around 145.30.
Now, the points for tonight’s USD/JPY scalping.
● Movements near the 16:00 London market open
● Movements after the 21:30 U.S. Jobs Report release
● Movements near the 22:00 New York market open (Dow opens at 22:30)
● Watch for statements from U.S. officials
● Watch for headlines related to the Trump administration
Tonight’s 1-minute scalping will likely find opportunities around market opens and after the 21:30 U.S. Jobs Report release. For users of the “1-Minute Scalping Club,” handling according to the theory should be fine.
Also, the 15-minute scalping focusing on shorts has been heavy on the upside due to Trump tariffs, so there should be opportunities as well. If it can sell around the 146 yen level, that’s the image for entering.
