Do you think scalping is the most reliable and capable of delivering results? |

I started by referencing books, trying out day trading and swing, including longer timeframes than scalping.
Among them, the method that yielded the best results was scalping mainly using a 5-minute chart.
While the fact that results exist is important, when you dig into "why the results occur" and analyze the causes, you realize that the market often doesn't move exactly as technical analysis predicts. |

Furthermore, I believe shorter-term predictions are more accurate than long-term forecasts.
For example, it's more likely to be correct to read movement one week ahead than one year ahead, that's the idea.
Therefore, I find the 5-minute charts easier to interpret market movements.
Additionally, for day trading or swing, you hold positions for several hours to days, so it tends to make daily life feel unsettled.
As a fellow part-time trader myself, the stress of holding positions was significant.
