[Technique Free Access] Tonight's USD/JPY Scalping Points 2025/3/6
This is Tomizaki from Trading Office.
【3/6 USD/JPY Scalping Points】
Good work everyone! Alright, let's do USD/JPY scalping again tonight!
First, the overview of Tokyo session today.
Currently, USD/JPY is around 149.85. This morning it started around 148.80, but during the Tokyo session the yen strength due to concerns about an expansion of the trade war eased, and it rebounded slightly from the late-night low around 148.40 to around 149.40.
After that, it traded around 149.00 with no clear direction, waiting for the next move. It feels like the upside is a bit heavy.
It looks like we will hand over to overseas time at roughly the same level as in the morning.
Now, here are the points for tonight's USD/JPY scalping.
● Movement around the 17:00 London market open
● Movement after the 22:30 release of US NFP and US trade balance
● Movement around the 23:00 New York market open (Dow opens at 23:30)
● Beware headlines related to the Trump administration
● Beware headlines related to BoJ rate hike expectations
For the one-minute scalping tonight, in addition to moves near market opens, there should be opportunities after the 22:30 US NFP and trade balance release. For users of the “1-minute Scalping Club,” if you handle it according to the theory, there should be no problems.
Also, for the short-only 15-minute scalping, although yen strength has eased, the upside still feels heavy, so there should be chances in a pullback-selling setup. If you can sell around the 149 yen level, that’s the image I’m aiming for.
Now soon the overseas session will start!
