Thanks for your hard work! Now, let's do some USDJPY scalping again tonight!
First, from today’s Tokyo session overview.
Currently, USDJPY is around 149.55. This morning it started around 148.95, but in the early Tokyo session it fell to around 148.60, then rebounded to around the mid-149s.
The reason seems to be that the U.S. House of Representatives approved a bill outline including a large-scale tax cut totaling $4.5 trillion.
From the previous level, about a 60-pip rise to hand over to overseas trading is expected.
Now, here are tonight’s USDJPY scalping points.
• Around 17:00, London market open movements
• Around 23:00, New York market open movements (Dow opens at 23:30)
• Movements after the 24:00 release of U.S. new home sales
• Be cautious of statements from U.S. officials
• Be cautious of trends in the U.S. Trump administration
• Be cautious of headlines related to BoJ additional rate hikes
For tonight’s 1-minute scalp, in addition to movements around each market open, opportunities may arise after the 24:00 release of U.S. new home sales. Users of the “1-Minute Scalping Club” should handle it according to theory, and there should be no problems.
Also, the short-only 15-minute scalp has retraced a bit during Tokyo time, but remains under selling pressure, and if recession concerns spread further, there may be chances. If it can form a setup to sell around around the 149 middle area, that would be the cue to enter.
