With the new service, developers around the world will be able to quickly build, deploy, and manage blockchain applications on Huawei Cloud at minimal cost. According to the announcement, the launch of the BCS global version will underpin the distributed global blockchain platform.

BCS is a cloud service that leverages the blockchain and the advantages of Huawei Cloud's traditional container and security technologies. BCS can be applied to IoT (Internet of Things), data applications, finance, and industries across the board. Potential use cases include identity verification, provenance tracking for food supply, remote healthcare, data transactions, IoT device management, data provenance, and IoV (Internet of Vehicles) for the automotive sector, among other scenarios.
