FX Auto Trading, the EA developerReiwa’s Double-E.
This time is about a question from a customer and our response.

Thank you for your continued support.
Here, ○○ EA, as mentioned in reviews,
the forward test results and actual trading are completely different.
We have also used other EAs from Reiwa’s Double-E, and those have no problems.
I think the default setting of slippage 3 points (0.3 pips) might be the culprit, but are there any other improvements?
I understand that results can differ by broker, but the differences are too large, hence I’m asking.

“Forward test” refers to
the forward test of the demo account managed by Gogojungle on the product page labeled “Official Operation” for this ○○ EA.
Is that correct?
If so,
the prerequisites for comparison are too different,
and it becomes just a rough guideline rather than a meaningful compare.
Moreover,
in the case of GBP/JPY,
compared to USD/JPY or EUR/USD,
the spread is wider and varies by broker,
and spread and execution rates can differ, so
differences are more likely to occur.
Regarding countermeasures,
the cause is not within the EA, making it difficult.
This is a very general discussion,
since changing brokers does not rewrite the EA program,
the LPs differ by broker,the specifications may change,
and sometimes brokers take measures to reduce customers’ profits.
Therefore,
even if we implement further measures,
it could become an endless cat-and-mouse game with brokers.,
and that is a possible outcome.
Ideally,
Gogojungle would publish forward results for real accounts across all brokers,
but cost would be prohibitive,
so for now, please refer to REAL TRADE results.
In any case,
instead of focusing on forward differences,
In the past,
another author tried to remove differences by making entry parameters “lenient,”
So,
