Discussion
Effectiveness of strategies leveraging currency pair and timeframe characteristics
Setting 1 and Setting 2 use contrarian strategies on H1 (1-hour timeframe), achieving high win rates, especially USDJPY which effectively responds to trend reversals. Setting 3 targets short-term contrarian trades using M30 (30-minute), achieving a perfect sweep. This suggests that selecting timeframes according to each currency pair's volatility and liquidity is a key factor for success.Balance between profit range and win rate
Setting 2 has a lower win rate at 66.7% but yields the largest profit, likely due to EURJPY's high volatility benefiting contrarian trading. This indicates a style aimed at maximizing profits with minimal losses.Importance of risk management in contrarian strategy
All settings operate in contrarian mode, so stop-loss settings to limit losses are crucial. Especially for settings like Setting 1 with high win rate but potential big profit reduction from a single loss; future work should optimize exit lines and consider partial close options.Risk reduction through currency diversification
By combining different currency pairs (USDJPY, EURJPY, EURUSD) in a balanced way, risk is spread and stable profits are achieved. Going forward, adding other major pairs (GBPUSD, AUDUSD, etc.) to enhance diversification would be effective.Opportunity to expand profits by adjusting lot sizes
Setting 3 achieved 100% win rate, so increasing the current lot size could raise revenue. However, whether win rate can be maintained is uncertain, so after a period of testing, gradually increasing lot sizes can raise profits while controlling risk.
Last week's trading summary
-Overall trends and areas for improvement-
From this trading result and the analysis of each setting, overall stable trading performance was confirmed. In particular, the high win rate of 81.8% supports the high accuracy of the One Shot Scalping method and the MA settings from ATS Auto Search. Additionally, combining multiple currency pairs and different timeframes helps achieve balanced trading independent of specific market conditions.
Setting 1 (USDJPY H1) shows stability with an 80% win rate, indicating contrarian trading that catches trend reversals is effective. Meanwhile, Setting 2 (EURJPY H1) has a lower win rate at 66.7% but still ensures steady profits, showing the contrarian approach tailored to EURJPY works. Setting 3 (EURUSD M30) achieved a 100% win rate, indicating short-term contrarian trading is effective.
Going forward, it is important to continue operating these settings, increase trade counts to accumulate data, and obtain more precise decision material. Also, by analyzing losing trades in each setting in detail and strengthening risk management, stable trading performance can be maintained.
See you again next week!

ATS-11 MAWhy can it consistently profit?
ATS-11 MA is the optimal tool that supports the “winning moving average trading” strategy.
It solves common beginner issues with settings and risk management,
and enables stable profits even with low risk.
If you use moving averages for trading but
feel that you’re not winning as you’d like,
ATS-11 MA might be the answer.
ATSThree trading methods Note: the images are reused from the “ATS-12 RSI” version, but the specifications are the same.
1. Beginner: One Shot Trade -One Shot Trade-
High-win-rate solid day trading mode too!
Entry is on the first signal, exit at the scalp mode’s exit point.
A high-win-rate, solid trade is possible.
※ We recommend this method until you grasp the basics and start winning.
This method trades only once between the start flag and end flag.
The points you can gain are few, but it is the highest-win-rate and most robust of the three.
First, set the parameter “ScalMode_Flag” to ON “true.”
A scalp-oriented acquisition/settlement point will be displayed on the chart.
① The first flag is the acquisition point.
② Then settle at the scalp point.
③ If an end flag appears while holding a position, forcibly settle and wait for the next opportunity.
At first, after obtaining point ①, when point ② is displayed, it is prudent to settle early while in profit.
As you gain experience, try for the 2nd and 3rd points, and then the subsequent scalp exit points.
About the settings: The numbers on the score panel do not need to be as high as the other two methods.
2. Intermediate: Scalping Trade -Scalping Trade-
Change the settings and you can do genuine scalping too!
This method is a scalping approach that trades several times between the start flag and the end flag.
In some cases, it can yield the most points among the three methods.
First, set the parameter “ScalMode_Flag” to ON “true.” The scalp acquisition and settlement points are shown.
① When the scalp acquisition point is displayed, acquire the position.
② Settle the position at the settlement point.
③ Trade a few times until the end flag is displayed.
④ If an end flag appears while holding a position, forcibly settle and wait for the next opportunity.
※ Regarding acquisitions, we may use two main approaches within this method.
One: after acquiring one position, simply wait for the settlement point.
Two: with very small lots, add positions at each acquisition point and settle all at the settlement point, repeating this process.
Either approach can yield results. In any case, start with small lots until you’re comfortable, and find the method that suits you.
If you become comfortable with this method and begin to generate profits, try applying it with higher-level settings offered by related systems. You’ll likely achieve even greater results.
■ About the settings: high-level settings are recommended for this method.
Having a tool that automatically detects high settings with “ATS-11 Ma AutoSearch” and a one-click acquisition with “ATS-11 Ma 1Click” would efficiently yield results.
2. Intermediate-Advanced: Swing and Day Trading -Swing and Day Trading-
The fundamentals are simple but difficult!
This method buys on the start flag and sells on the end flag, a simple approach.
Set the parameter “ScalMode_Flag” to OFF “false” and hide scalp signals.
① Acquire position at the start flag.
② Settle at the end flag.
Acquisition and settlement are simple, but the settings are very important.
Following the signals and trading solidly yields a score panel result that matches exactly.
Moreover, this is the method with the greatest profit or loss per trade.
In other words, this method is simple and requires the highest level of settings.
■ About the settings: This method requires the highest level of settings. It is recommended to have the bundled “ATS-11 Ma AutoSearch.”
This post covers the following table.■Using RSI to trade in line with the current trend, here is a sample of data extracted from “ATS.”
We will again introduce how to read and use this data at the end!
