1/14★ How to stop worrying about others

Even if you have something you want to say to the other person,
each person has their own boundaries, I think.
The boundary of how far you should say is.
Even with people you know well.
Saying too much can cause problems in itself,
and it’s not good if the relationship gets too strained,
and perhaps it may be useless to say it all,
what should originally be addressed by the person themselves,
in other words, a person’s internal issue,
and if you are being pulled by it, that’s a waste.
That’s not limited to family or acquaintances;
almost every day in a company, the people you meet there,
there were times I experienced it, and I think you all do too.
In my case,
in my salaryman days I was helped by three companies,
the first company, in a supervisor role,
I found a way to make an unusable subordinate usable
and supported them until they became a chief.
In the second company, it was a black company
where I truly thought my life was over.
Even so, I was recognized by the supervisor who played the villain role.
In the third company, it was a good company,
but there were people who hovered because the company itself was good.
They think, “Even if I don’t work, the company will manage somehow.”
I think more people think that way.
No matter what company you transfer to,
there are good points and bad points.
With all that, I felt a lot of stress.
But!
The period when you receive a bonus is
the moment when you start to think, “that stuff doesn’t matter anymore.”
Haven’t you had that sensation?
I think, to some extent, you have!
In other words,
if you have even a little financial cushion,
you don’t worry much about other people around you.
Therefore, for that purpose, side jobs are necessary!
I also feel that, but how about you?
For people who have worked sincerely up to now,
for those who have endured and kept working to some extent,
for you, the period when bonuses come in
I think you felt immense happiness!
If you have a side job,
not only during bonus periods,
you can have a steady stream of incidental income all year round
and you can taste that happiness,
don’t you think you would want to start a side job?
Actually, I thought so too,
and now I am independent and an EA developer
and I earned more than my factory manager back then.
I’m not saying everyone should become an EA developer,
but if you can earn a little income outside your main job,
you can be happy year-round,
and you won’t be bothered by others’ fuss around you,
I think that’s quite conceivable!
Since I am an EA developer,
I will share information to you from that position without holding back!
