[Methods Free Disclosure] Tonight's USD/JPY scalping points 2024/12/23
From Tomizaki at Trading Office.
【12/23 Dollar/Yen Scalping Points】
Good work, everyone! Let’s do some Dollar/Yen scalping again tonight!
First, today’s Tokyo session overview.
Currently, the Dollar/Yen is around 156.55. This morning it started around 156.45, but during the Tokyo session, Christmas week has begun, so there has been some movement but without a clear direction.
It seems we’ll hand over to the overseas session with levels nearly unchanged from the morning. Be wary of sudden moves due to reduced liquidity.
Now, the points for this evening’s Dollar/Yen scalping.
● Movements around the London market opening near 17:00
● Movements after the U.S. Durable Goods Orders release at 22:30
● Movements around the New York market opening near 23:00 (Dow opens at 23:30)
● Movements after the U.S. Consumer Confidence Index and U.S. New Home Sales at 24:00
● Be mindful of headlines related to BOJ currency interventions
Tonight’s 1-minute chart scalping will likely present opportunities around market opens and after the 22:30 US Durable Goods Orders, and after the 24:00 US Consumer Confidence Index and US New Home Sales releases. For users of the “1-Minute Scalping Club,” applying the theory as usual should be fine.
Also, the 15-minute scalping focused on shorts may present opportunities if positions are adjusted before Christmas vacations. If I can sell near the mid-156 yen level, I will look to do so.
Thank you for your continued support today as well!

I hope it can be of some help. (It’s completely free.)
