[Free Methods Available] Tonight's USD/JPY Scalping Points 2024/12/12

【12/12 Dollar/Yen Scalping Points】
Good work everyone! Let’s do dollar-yen scalping again tonight!
First, a recap of today’s Tokyo session.
Currently, USD/JPY is around 152.45. The pair started this morning around 152.40, but in the early Tokyo session the trend was toward yen buying.
Before 11:00, it fell to the day’s Asia-low of 151.95.
However, in the afternoon, with market chatter about the Bank of Japan delaying a December rate hike, the trend reversed to yen selling.
In the end, it seems we’ll hand over to the overseas session at roughly the same levels as the morning. Today’s Asia high is around 152.80.
Now, here are tonight’s USD/JPY scalping points.
● Movement near the London market open around 17:00
● Movement after the US unemployment claims and Producer Price Index releases at 22:30
● Movement near the New York market open around 23:00 (Dow opens at 23:30)
● Be cautious of headlines related to US rate cuts
● Be cautious of headlines related to BoJ rate hikes
● Be cautious of headlines related to Trump administration
Tonight’s 1-minute scalping will look for opportunities around each market open, plus after the 22:30 releases of the US unemployment claims and the Producer Price Index. For users of the “1-minute Scalping Club,” handling according to the theory should be fine.
Also, for the 15-minute scalping focused on short selling, the market is tilted toward yen weakness due to BoJ delay expectations, so there may not be much demand… if there are favorable setups, proceed with careful small rotations rather than forcing it.
