at that level, they are not yet a world-class.
Even if the topic is difficult,
if they can translate it into words that anyone can understand,
that would mean they are truly top-tier.
If not,
it has no meaning unless everyone can understand it,
and listeners ultimately won’t know what they are trying to say.
In the end, it remains unsatisfying,
and you can see your own trading performance not improving.
Therefore,
look for people who have objective performance metrics and results,
and who also explain things clearly,
and choose people accordingly—this is an important idea!
