Well, this time
Don’t be a perfectionist
That’s what I’m talking about.
For example, you plan to record every day and upload your charts to your blog, etc.
But in reality
‘Ah. Today didn’t go well, so maybe my method is completely wrong, and this isn’t learning’
Perfectionism kicks in.
If I don’t finish perfectly, I can’t post
If I can’t create a neat image, I can’t post
becoming stuck before even aiming for a goal
But if you shift this to work,
you’re doing something enormous
and I want you to realize that.
Suppose there’s a salesperson who’s told to visit clients 10 times a day.
But on the first and second calls they’re torn apart,
and they think, ‘I’ll improve by doing this next time.’
They try the third call aiming to do it better,
but end up stopping at the doorway and turning back,
and then rethinking at the park, plotting a new plan,
and when they return to the company, they’ve only visited two.
What would their boss think of this?
They’ve only done 1/5 of the work.
But the person did work hard.

Back to trading,
Record anything at all, even if it’s not perfect
If you’re short on time, at least take a screenshot of the chart
That’s enough.
You can do it in 5 seconds, right?
That’s enough to start.
Just try a little, anyway.
It doesn’t have to be perfect—just do it.
That’s what I wanted to say.
